Three celebrated resident chefs — Nancy Silverton, Ludo Lefebvre, and Gonzalo Cerda — call Costa Palmas home, and for one extraordinary weekend they welcome a handpicked group of guest chefs to join them. From Michelin stars to James Beard Awards, each chef brings a singular approach to cuisine — blending global influences with the seasonal bounty of Baja for a three-day celebration of food, fire, and flavor.

At its heart, this is a family-style gathering — warm, convivial, and welcoming to all ages. A welcome reception on the beach, an Italian communal dinner at Mozza, live-fire lunch at Delphine, a cooking demonstration, and a grand closing evening at Beach Club Pavilion — every moment crafted around the table, the way great meals have always been shared. Kids, teens, and adults alike are invited to pull up a chair and discover world-class cuisine together, surrounded by the elemental beauty of the East Cape. With wines by Edward Delaunay and the Sea of Cortés as your backdrop, this is where family traditions are born.

Born in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, Edouard Maurisset Latour comes from a renowned négociant family with more than 200 years of history. Raised on a wine estate, he studied viticulture and winemaking in Burgundy before expanding his experience abroad — working harvests in New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa, and co-founding a small négociant project in Australia. After completing an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management in Bordeaux, he joined Badet Clément in 2017 as Export Manager during the revival of Maison Edouard Delaunay, overseeing Oceania and Latin America — a role that connects his Burgundian heritage with his passion for the New World.

Giovanni Frascolla represents the third generation of a family deeply rooted in the Italian winemaking tradition, carrying forward the legacy of two distinctive Tuscan estates: Tua Rita, internationally acclaimed for its intense and expressive wines from Suvereto, and Poggio Argentiera, a coastal estate in the Maremma known for its elegance and strong sense of place. With a degree in Enology and a vision that combines strong technical expertise with a deep sensitivity to terroir, Giovanni is actively involved in the development and international positioning of the family estates — grounded in respect for the land, sustainable practices, and a contemporary vision of hospitality and wine culture.
